With nine years of dedicated experience, Kelsie is a highly skilled massage therapist specializing in sports and injury rehabilitation massage. Her journey in the wellness world began with a clear vision: to create a space where individuals could embark on a path of natural healing and feel truly whole. This dream culminated in the opening of her very own wellness center, a testament to her commitment to holistic well-being.

Lauren Williams LMT

Lauren is a licensed massage therapist and certified Rolfer® who has been practicing since 2015. She’s passionate about uncovering the root causes of pain and helping clients move toward lasting relief and better alignment. From migraines and torn shoulders to wrist injuries, Lauren brings both personal experience and professional expertise to each session.

Outside the treatment room, you’ll find her in the gym, reading at home, exploring new places, connecting with loved ones, or dancing to house music.

Shelli Baxter, MS, a holistic nutritionist and founder of Vibrant Aging. With a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine, I help clients achieve lasting health through a whole-person approach that integrates nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset.

While I work with people from all walks of life, supporting women through perimenopause and menopause is my passion—helping them navigate this transition with clarity, confidence, and strength. My mission is to cut through the overwhelming nutrition myths online and provide science-based strategies that are practical, sustainable, and empowering.

Having success while navigating my own menopause journey, I understand the challenges firsthand. That personal experience, combined with my professional expertise, allows me to guide clients with both compassion and credibility.
